Is billing done monthly or annually?

All billing is done on an annual cycle. This means you’ll pay in advance for one full year of license and service fees. Near the end of that year, you’ll receive a renewal invoice for the following year.

What is your refund policy?

You can cancel your license, monthly services, or Add-ons anytime. If you cancel your license, you will be refunded the remainder of the year less a $100 service charge. If you cancel monthly services or Add-ons, you will receive receive credit for the remainder of the year to be used against your next year’s license fees. Startup services with one-time fees associated with them are non-refundable.

Is there a cost for software upgrades?

Nope! All updates and upgrades are available free for everyone. That’s part of our commitment to you.

Is support included in the price, or is it an extra fee?

Full phone and email support is included with Sumac Silver, Gold, and Platinum at no additional change, and it is outstanding. See what our clients are saying here.

Once I’ve paid, can I change my license details?

Absolutely! You can add or remove Add-on Options, or upgrade your contact capacity at any time. If we owe you money, you will receive a credit towards your next renewal invoice. If you owe us money, you will be billed at that time for the period up until your next renewal, and your next renewal invoices will reflect all changes.

Is it possible to pay for more than a year in advance?

Yes. Let us know the period of time you would like to pay for, and we will adjust your invoice and license details accordingly.

Are there any hidden fees I should know about?

Nope! We believe in transparent pricing, so all our fees are listed on our website. We’d also be happy to prepare a personalized pricing quote so you know exactly what to expect.

Services

Is the price of Sumac Cloud in addition to license fees for Sumac Silver, Gold, or Platinum?

Yes. Sumac Cloud is an additional $25 per month. This fee covers the cost of hosting your database online and performing daily back ups, giving you the freedom to access your database using the Internet.

How will I be billed for services with a one-time fee?

Services with one-time fees (like Data Migration or the Website Integration Set-Up Service) must be paid in full before the service can be initiated.

If I add a Sumac Cloud or the Website Integration Service down the road, how will I be billed?

You will be billed at that time for the period up until your next renewal invoice, and your next renewal invoice will reflect the changes.

What if I want to remove Sumac Cloud or the Website Integration Service after few months?

You can remove services anytime. You will receive a credit towards your next renewal, and your next renewal invoice will reflect the changes.

Do I have to pay the Website Integration Set-Up Service fee again if I want to add another page to my website later?

No. The Website Integration Set-up Service covers a 3 year period. This means you can add webpages, and request customizations for up to 3 years with no additional charges.

Do you offer a flat rate for Data Migration?

Yes, we do offer a very competitive flat rate for Data Migration which includes up to 100 columns of data. We charge $9/column in the rare case that your data goes over 100 columns. See full pricing here.

What if I want to change an Add-on Option?

No problem. Sumac Silver comes with two Add-ons and you can change them anytime you like.

What if I want Sumac Silver with more than two Add-on Options?

Sumac Silver comes with a maximum of two Add-on Options. If you require more than two Add-ons, Sumac Gold is for you!

What if I want to remove an Add-on after a few months?

What if I want to swap an Add-on I have for a more expensive one?

No problem. You will be billed the difference in price for the period up until your next renewal invoice, and your next renewal invoice will reflect the changes.

No problem. You will receive a credit towards your next renewal invoice, and your next renewal invoice will reflect the changes.
